TEST PROCESS

After collecting the requirement we are analyze the requirements .If any gaps or query we have then we send same for Client for Clarification. Once we understood the requirements then start test case designing. First identify the test scenarios for each requirement, for each scenario identifies the possible test cases. Prepare the Traceability Matrix like mapping requirements with test cases. Then design the test cases.

First starts review with the peer, next team lead review then developer team and client do the test cases review.

After that we start test case execution based on schedule. First do the test bed. Starts the module test if any Bug found raised and assigned to the developer. If he rejected then we see the reason. We still felt this is defect we reopen the same defect. If developer does not accept the bug, we discuss with lead then manager. If still that is the issue finally we discuss with client. At last we follow the Client instructions.

Once defects status is ready to verify we test it. If it is working fine we close the defect. Otherwise we reopen the defect.

Once Module testing has completed start the integration testing after completing this next move to System Testing.

After completion of System Testing start the Acceptance Testing as a Regular Tester or Existing Tester we are just provide our support for Acceptance Testing team. We are not involving.

After completion of Acceptance testing prepare the final media (.exe file) and do the virus scan and take the screen shots on it and perform smoke test.
